Privacy

This website has no forms, uses no cookies and collects no data from its visitors.

Who is responsible

Josep Olivé i Díaz (Olive Tech). Email: contacto@olivetech.es.

What data I process

Only the data you send me if you call me or write to me on WhatsApp or by email: your name, how to contact you and what you tell me.

What for

To reply to you and, if you wish, to prepare a quote. I don't use it for advertising or give it to anyone.

Legal basis

You contacted me and, if you order a service, it is necessary to prepare and perform the contract (Article 6(1)(a) and (b) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

How long

As long as needed to reply to you. If there is an agreement, as long as the law requires for invoices and contracts.

Hosting

This website is a set of files served by a hosting provider, which may log visitors' IP addresses to serve it and protect it from abuse. I don't use that data to find out who visits the website. If you write to me on WhatsApp, that service has its own privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to its processing or restrict it, by writing to contacto@olivetech.es. If you think they haven't been respected, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
