How much does a website cost in the first year?
938 € + VAT: the set-up (590 €) and 12 months of maintenance (29 € a month). With the launch price, 738 € + VAT. From the second year, only maintenance.
Is the domain mine?
Yes. It's registered in your name and stays yours even if you leave the service. The same goes for every account set up for you.
What if I cancel the website maintenance?
Website maintenance has a 12-month commitment. After that you can cancel whenever you want, without penalty, and the website and the domain are handed over to you.
How do I pay?
The website set-up: half when you order and half on delivery. The Google profile: in full, before delivery. Maintenance, monthly or yearly in advance. VAT is added where it applies.
Do I have to do anything?
Not much: a conversation, the photos for the website and reviewing the result. The rest is taken care of.
Can I change the opening hours or announce holidays?
Yes. Just say so and it's changed. Small changes are part of website maintenance: up to 30 minutes a month, within 2 working days. Unused time doesn't carry over.
What if I need something that isn't included?
It's charged by the hour: 45 €/hour + VAT, in 30-minute blocks, with a quote first if it takes more than 2 hours.
Can the website be in more than one language?
Yes: 150 € + VAT for each extra language, with the texts adapted to it, not just translated.
If I start with the Google profile, does it count towards the website?
Yes: its price, 129 €, is deducted from the website set-up if you order it within 60 days. It can't be combined with the launch price.
Does Olive Tech use AI?
Yes, to draft texts and code faster; a person approves everything before it's published or sent, and nothing is decided automatically.
Will the website have cookies or advertising?
Does Olive Tech work with businesses outside Spain?
Yes. Websites and Google profiles are done remotely, by video call and in writing, in English, Spanish or Catalan. Visits in person are around Garraf and Penedès.
Is travel charged?
Visits within 20 km of Olivella are included. Beyond that, 0.30 €/km.
